Fire - Cluj-Napoca 2015

   While at work on a Thursday evening I had the opportunity to shoot a fire that started in a car service.

   The fire rapidly spread to a near tire shop and caused a big cloud of smoke over the city. The photos were taken from about 500 m away, using a Fujifilm HS30EXR superzoom camera.

   The smoke was so dense from the burning rubber, that you couldn't see anything through it.

   The black, heavy smoke rose up teens or even a couple of hundred meters in the sky.

   Here you can see a close up of the burning fire.

   Fire trucks were dispatched to the fire as fast as possible.

   Eventually firefighters managed to put the flame out and the black smoked started thinning and changing to a whitish color.

   Once again beautiful sky photography.

   And even the moon loved the middle of the day, when is hot and sunny.

   After nice skylines, now the storm clouds are \coming.

   But the sun leaves us with a nice pink color on a white cloud.

   New Sky photos.

   In the first photo is the stadium "Cluj Arena" and a beautiful cloud and blue sky above it.

   Even more beautiful are the clouds in this next photo where you can see the tower from the Metropolitan Cathedral from Cluj-Napoca.

   Sky photography isn't all about nice blue sky with white fluffy clouds. It can also be about storm with dark clouds:

   Since the last Sky post I managed to make more photos of the sky. This time I think that the photos are a bit better. Hope you agree with me.

   I'll start with some skyline photos:

   This next photo reminds me of the sea, with small waves coming one after the other.

   Clouds will always inspire me:

   The sun creating wonderful art in the sky.
