Old Pics with old gadgets - Nokia 3250 and Sony Ericsson W660i

After I graduated Collage I got a mobile phone with a 2Mp camera. It was the Nokia 3250 and then a Sony W660i. Both companies well known for there mobile phone cameras.

As you will see in this photos the 2 Mp cameras did there job pretty well.

Romania - Costinesti Town - Black Sea

A nice morning at the beach with seagulls, people and a nice colored sky

In those days, the phone cameras didn't get the white balance as good as you would hope, but a bluish white, is white enough.

Old Pics with old gadgets - Motorola E398

These are some pics that I made when I was in high-school, using a Motorola E398 phone, that had a VGA camera:

Romania - Caciulata Town - Carpathian Mountains

Although my lack of experience and the camera having only a 0.3Mp sensor in a mobile phone, I managed to take some interesting pictures with it.

That dark spot, is the actual sun, not the big yellow spot that we see in the sky daily.

Even for a beginner like merging lines were attractive.

Me

Hello world!

My name is Dragos.

Taking photos is a hobby of mine since I was in high school, but only recently have I started to learn a bit about this domain.
At the moment the camera I am using is a Bridge/Super-Zoom camera from Fujifilm: HS30EXR.
I like this camera because is gives you full manual settings, zoom and focusing. The main and biggest disadvantage of this camera is it's sensor, being an 1/2.3" sensor.

Hope that what I will post will be a joy to view for all.

Thanks!
